Stock shown on our website is from all our stores combined. It may take longer than usual to fulfil your order currently as we can't guarantee all stock is available to dispatch from our warehouse. This might be because some of our stock is located across our three stores.
Customs Duties, Border Taxes and Import Fees
We kindly request our valued customers to acknowledge that in certain regions, local charges may apply. Orders dispatched to countries or regions outside of the UK; these products may be subjected to taxes during shipment, such as customs duties, border taxes and import fees.
It is to be noted that the recipient of the delivery is considered the importer of record in the country of importation and holds full responsibility for all import fees incurred. As an international seller, we adhere to all relevant laws and regulations in order to ensure the smooth delivery of our products to our customers around the world.

Refunds and Exchange Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition with a valid Ice Locker receipt within 28 days of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we may, at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or skates that have been fitted and sharpened. All under garments and hosiery must be in their original sealed packaging for a refund or exchange.
