At the Ice Locker we're proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible. We can not accept any responsibility if the parcel is lost when delivered to your place of work. All orders are sent recorded delivery with DPD.

Delivery Costs

All purchases under £99.99 will be sent out via DPD at a cost of £6.99. All purchases above £100.00 qualify for a free delivery service via DPD. All orders with DPD are sent recorded delivery.

Europe: £15.00

We aim to process your order as quick as possible. Please allow a 1-3 working day processing and picking time for all orders, unless otherwise stated.

DPD Delivery

Upon your order being processed and shipped, you will recieve an email and/or text message (if a mobile number is supplied) from DPD to confirm your delivery details. If your need to change your delivery date and time, you will be able to do via DPD. The email and text message will include your consignment number which will be required for tracking proposes.

Payment Options

Once you've browsed our shop and decided which items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of credit and debit card payment options, to suit you. This site is protected by the highest levels of SSL security and is a fully PCI-DSS Compliant site.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa Delta, Maestro/Switch, Solo and Electron

Refunds and Exchange Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition with a valid Ice Locker receipt within 28 days of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we may, at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or skates that have been fitted and sharpened. All under garments and hosiery must be in their original sealed packaging for a refund or exchange.
